Resonance Music & Community offers a comprehensive ecosystem of programmes and services for independent musicians, bands, and cultural professionals throughout Austria. All our services are organised on a nonprofit basis and serve cultural, educational, and social purposes.

Live Events & Performances We produce and facilitate live music experiences across Austria — from intimate jam sessions to large-scale festivals. Concerts & Live Shows — Curated events that spotlight emerging and independent artists at professional venues across the country. Festivals — Multi-day events celebrating Austria's musical diversity, bringing together artists and audiences from all regions. Jam Sessions & Open Mics — Low-barrier formats where musicians meet, collaborate, and experiment in a supportive environment. Workshops & Talks — Skill-building sessions on topics ranging from stage performance and music production to publishing and funding.

Professional Artist Services Independent artists deserve the same professional support that major-label acts rely on. RnC provides hands-on guidance in four key areas: Marketing & Branding — Social media strategy, press materials, visual identity, and audience development tailored to independent artists. Management & Booking — Career planning, show booking, negotiation support, and strategic positioning within the Austrian music landscape. Organisation & Production — Event logistics, project management, production coordination, and technical planning for live performances. Legal Guidance — Contract review, rights management, licensing orientation, and regulatory basics for musicians operating in Austria.

Networking & Community Music thrives on connection. Our community programmes break down regional and genre barriers to build a truly national network. Austria-wide Artist Network — Regional nodes linking local scenes in all nine federal states into a connected, collaborative community. Networking Events — Structured meetups connecting musicians, promoters, venues, cultural institutions, and industry professionals. Digital Platform — Online tools for member communication, collaboration, event discovery, and artist visibility. Member Engagement — Active involvement in project development, programming, and organisational decisions. Every member has a voice.

Mentoring & Development We invest in the next generation of Austrian music talent through structured support and knowledge sharing. Mentoring Programmes — Experienced professionals guide emerging artists through career milestones — from first gigs to sustainable independent careers. Expert Panels & Talks — Industry professionals share insights on touring, publishing, funding applications, and digital distribution. Resource Access — Curated guides, templates, and tools that help self-managed artists work more professionally and efficiently.

Membership RnC services are available to our members. Membership is open to anyone with a musical background or a genuine interest in music — including solo artists, bands, producers, DJs, event organisers, and music educators. Ordinary Members — Full participation in all programmes, voting rights, and active & passive electoral rights. Supporting Members — Support through an increased contribution. Access to events and community. Honorary Members — Appointed by the General Assembly for outstanding contributions to our mission. Membership fees are set annually by the General Assembly.
